GAR Forms

The Georgia Association of REALTORS®' contracts are no longer available to non-members for free. Any non-member will have to pay $244 for access to the GAR forms. The GAR forms will continue to be free with REALTOR® membership, saving $244 per member!

Each GAR form will then be personalized with that individual's name, company information and real estate license number.

NOTE: REALTORS® must have your NRDS# to access to the GAR Forms for FREE. To obtain your NRDS#, visit the GAR website.
