- Median sales price: $482,500 (4.7% increase)
- Average sales price: $560,500 (2.6% decrease)
- Total active listings: 178 (54.8% increase)
- New listings: 71 (2.9% increase)
- Month’s Supply: 3.8 (57% increase)
Lumpkin County | October 2024
- Total single-family home sales: 37 (27.6% increase)
- Median sales price: $370,000 (8.2% decrease)
- Average sales price: $437,000 (8% decrease)
- Total active listings: 112 (24.4% increase)
- New listings: 46 (7% increase)
- Month’s Supply: 3.4 (22.2% increase)
