About Event
This course provides REALTORS® with a comprehensive overview of updates to current GAR Forms for the coming year. Upon completion, students will be able to identify and understand key changes to existing forms, as well as newly added forms and special stipulations.
The course explains the purpose of these changes and emphasizes the importance of proper form selection and use to comply with GAR licensing requirements. Through practical explanations and real-world examples, participants will gain confidence in interpreting and correctly applying GAR Forms in their daily transactions.
This course provides both Real Estate Licensee CE credit and Real Estate Instructor CE credit.
Cost: Included as a West Metro member benefit | $10 for non-members
