The West Metro Board of REALTORS® MLS provides subscribers and participating firms with the tools, resources, and support needed to access accurate listing information, manage their business, and better serve their clients.

Join WMBOR MLS

New to West Metro MLS? Complete the MLS Participation Agreement to apply for access to the Navica MLS system.

The application is available for principal brokers applying as Participants, agents applying as Subscribers, and eligible real estate-office employees. Before beginning, have your license, company, contact, and broker information available.

MLS Fees

Subscribers: MLS access is $19.50 per month. Subscriber fees are billed monthly to the broker and are due on the first day of each month. Contact your broker to confirm whether the brokerage will pay this fee or whether it will be your responsibility.

Participants: New participant firms are charged a one-time $199 setup fee. MLS access is $99 per month, plus any applicable subscriber fees. Monthly charges are due on the first day of each month.

Current MLS Subscribers

Already subscribed to WMBOR MLS? Use the Subscriber Change Form to report an office change, license-status change, incorrect office assignment, service cancellation, or another account update.

Before submitting a change, make sure the applicable information has already been updated with the Georgia Real Estate Commission. New subscribers who have not yet received Navica access should complete the MLS Participation Agreement instead.

MLS Access

Current subscribers can access the WMBOR MLS platform to search listings, manage their account, and use the tools available to help serve their clients.
