West Metro Leadership Academy 

The West Metro Board of REALTORS® Leadership Academy is an exclusive professional development program designed to cultivate the next generation of REALTOR® leaders.

Whether your goal is to serve on a committee, become a future Association leader, or strengthen your leadership skills within your business and community, the Leadership Academy provides the tools, knowledge, and connections to help you grow.

Program Highlights

Participants will:

• Develop essential leadership and communication skills
• Build meaningful relationships with fellow REALTORS® and industry leaders
• Increase self-awareness and confidence
• Strengthen their professional and personal growth
• Gain a deeper understanding of Association leadership and volunteer opportunities
• Learn how to make a lasting impact in the communities we serve

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be a West Metro Board of REALTORS® member in good standing
• Submit an application during the annual application period
• Be committed to actively participating in the program

Program Information

• Class Size: Limited to 10 participants
• Application Fee: $100 (refundable if not accepted)
