Open Houses
Open House Schedule
The West Metro Board of REALTORS® does not regulate open houses. The following schedule is offered as a guideline to when you should hold your open houses to get maximum exposure.
If you are a member of the West Metro MLS, you can post your open house(s) by logging in, selecting News & Events, then Open Houses/Caravans. There is an "Add Open House" option in the right corner above the calendar. It will be posted on the open house calendar here. If you have any questions, please contact us at mls@westmetrorealtors.com.
The specified areas for Tuesday Open Houses are:
- 1st Week Of Month - Areas 1, 7, and 13
- 2nd Week Of Month - Areas 2, 3, and 6
- 3rd Week Of Month - Areas 8, 9, 1,0 and 11
- 4th Week Of Month - Areas 4, 5, 6, and 12
- 5th Week Of Month (When Appropriate) - Any Area
PLEASE REMEMBER THE BOARD OFFICE DOES NOT CONTROL OR REGULATE OPEN HOUSES.
