About Event

NAR sets the “gold” for professional standard of conduct in the real estate industry. This course gives a brief history of NAR to understand how they incorporated and why. All seventeen articles are covered. Case studies are reviewed to show the intent of the articles. Come connect to Code of Ethics.

This course fulfills NAR's Code of Ethics Training Requirement for REALTORS® members.

All REALTORS® are required to complete Code of Ethics Training upon becoming a member, and every 3 years thereafter, coinciding with the Fair Housing / Anti Bias training timeline. This requirement has begun January 1, 2025 with a deadline of December 31, 2027. Please visit www.nar.realtor/code-of-ethics-training for more information

This course is geared towards commercial agents.

 

Commercial Code of Ethics 2.0 (76519) is approved 3 hours of GREC Continuing Education (CE) credit from The Atlanta REALTORS® School of Real Estate (137) upon successful completion of this course.

 

GREC Policy: If you have taken this course in the last 366 days, you will not receive CE credit
