Refund Policies
New Applicants
The Application Fee is non-refundable once the application is submitted.
Membership dues may be refunded within 30 days of the application date. Dues will be refunded based on a prorated amount of Local, State, and National dues for the current month.
No refunds for State and National dues shall be made if the money has already been transferred to the respective organization.
Renewing Members
RPAC Investments
All RPAC investments are voluntary and non-refundable. Investments are transmitted weekly to the appropriate State or National REALTORS® Political Action Committee as required by law.
No refunds will be issued once an investment has been transmitted. If you believe an investment was made in error and it has not yet been transmitted, please contact our office immediately at 770.832.0804 for assistance.
